Shipping & Returns FREIGHT Freight may be applicable at cost unless otherwise agreed. All in-stock merchandise is normally shipped from our warehouse within 48-hours of placing your order (excluding holidays and weekends). If the order was placed over a weekend or holiday, shipment will be normally made on the next business day. If an item is on backorder you will be notified. Whilst all care will be taken when packaging your goods EVWarehouse Pty Ltd is not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit. Delivery of our goods is done by Australia Post within 2-10 working days. Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Failure by the Customer to pay for any delivery when due shall entitle us to withhold further deliveries and the Customer shall be liable for any costs incurred by the Supplier relating to such Goods which the Supplier is then entitled to withhold. Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Customer's address and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. Additional shipping cost may incur for anything over 15kg or if your address is in remote or hard to get to parts of Australia. RETURN POLICY If you wish to return the product under warranty, EVWarehouse Pty Ltd will accept the merchandise for either a credit or exchange. All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as on the original order. If the product is being returned for credit, only the credit card used to purchase the item will be issued the credit. A refund will usually reach your credit card account within 7 working days after it being processed, please allow up to 10 working days for it to be credited. We do however reserve the right to refund you within 30 days of the return. Returns for credit or exchange will be honoured if: • You contact us via email or phone prior to returning the product (s) • Product (s) are returned within 14 days of receipt • Product (s) are packed in original packaging with original receipt Please Note: All products will be tested prior to issuing a credit. Credits will not be given if you change your mind or no longer require the products. *Freight is not refundable Time Limitations for Notification of Claims Incorrect Goods It is the Customers responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 48 hours of delivery. Should there be any extenuating circumstances that have prohibited the Customer to remain within the specified time frame, resolution will be by mutual decision. AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS & GST All prices are expressed in Australian dollars and are subject to 10% GST (goods & services tax) unless otherwise stated. AVAILABILITY OF GOODS All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. However it is our policy to contact you if a product is out of stock and if you do not wish to proceed with the order or for any reason we cannot supply the product we will arrange for the order to be cancelled.
